Before You Commit

I've never done breathwork, is this for me?

Absolutely. The journey is designed to be accessible for total beginners while remaining deep for experienced practitioners. You'll be guided every step.

Do I have to attend all three evenings?

No — you can come to one. But the Journey Pass is offered because the three chapters intentionally build on each other: open the heart, clear the mind, set the direction.

What if I can't make it to one of the three nights?

Reach out — we'll work with you. Journey Pass holders can apply their seat to the next round if a true conflict comes up.

Is it emotional? Will I cry?

You might. Many people do. Many people don't. There is no correct experience. The container is built to make whatever happens feel safe.

What's your refund policy?

Single passes are non-refundable but transferable up to 48 hours before. Journey Passes can be transferred to the next series within 30 days of purchase.

Is this a substitute for Therapy?

No. Breathwork is a beautiful complement to therapy and personal work, not a replacement. If you're in active mental-health treatment, check with your provider first.
