1. Program Purpose

This program provides educational and experiential content related to breathwork, emotional awareness, mindset, and personal development. The program is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment and is not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any physical or mental health condition. Participation does not replace professional medical, psychological, or mental health care.

2. Participant Eligibility

Participants must be 18 years of age or older. By participating, you confirm that you are physically, mentally, and emotionally capable of engaging in light physical and emotional practices. You are solely responsible for consulting a qualified healthcare professional regarding any health concerns.

3. Personal Responsibility and Assumption of Risk

Participants acknowledge that breathwork and emotional practices may involve physical, emotional, or psychological responses. By participating, you voluntarily assume full responsibility for your well-being during and after all sessions. The facilitator and associated parties are not responsible or liable for any discomfort, injury, or outcome resulting from participation.

4. Confidentiality

The facilitator agrees to keep personal information shared during sessions confidential, except where disclosure is required by law. Participants also agree to respect the confidentiality of the group, including refraining from sharing personal information disclosed by other participants outside the program.

5. Intellectual Property

All program materials, exercises, recordings, written content, and intellectual property are owned by the facilitator. Participants may not copy, reproduce, distribute, record, or share any program content without prior written consent from the facilitator.

6. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to engage respectfully and responsibly. Any disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate, or harmful behavior may result in immediate removal from the program at the facilitator’s discretion, without refund.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

All registrations and payments are final. We do not offer monetary returns or refunds for any reason. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, your payment may be applied as a one-time credit toward the next immediate event. Failure to attend the second (credited) event will result in the immediate forfeiture of the registration fee.
