"We bridge the gap between emergency response and long-term wellness—translating regulation into practical tools for real-world demands."

I didn’t set out to become a breathwork facilitator or wellness coach. I set out to survive, and along the way, I learned how to heal.
Life asked me to grow up fast. Right after my senior year of high school, I became a father. Responsibility arrived overnight, and I answered it the only way I knew how: by working. I took a full-time construction job and stacked two more on top of it, doing whatever it took to provide for my family. Discipline became my foundation. Hard work became my language.
Years later, that same discipline led me into corrections. Becoming a correctional officer felt like a rebirth—steady income, structure, purpose. I built financial security, met the woman who would become my wife, and together we welcomed another son. From the outside, life looked solid. Strong. Successful.
"Then one moment changed everything. While breaking up a violent cell fight, I was seriously injured. In trying to protect others, my arm was permanently damaged, leaving me partially disabled."
Overnight, I lost the ability to do the things that made me feel like myself—lifting my son, working out, golfing, being active with my family. The pain wasn’t just physical. It seeped into my identity, my mindset, and my spirit. Surgeries and medications kept me functioning, but they didn’t bring me back to life. Depression followed. Anger followed. And eventually, a quiet question surfaced: There has to be another way.
I began exploring non-traditional healing modalities out of necessity. I studied cold exposure with Wim Hof and breathwork with Kurtis Lee Thomas. I discovered grounding, fire ritual, meditation, and prayer. Breath gave me back clarity. Stillness gave me strength. Presence gave me purpose.
Today, I guide others through that same doorway. As a Breathwork Detox Facilitator, I created the Ultimitt You Method, blending ancient practices with modern performance tools to help people move from survival mode into a grounded, powerful life.
