I’m Jared Andrade. My career in the emergency response profession taught me everything about the unknown, but it didn’t teach me how to process the toll it takes over time.

After navigating my own path through suffering and pain, I discovered that the breath was the most effective tool for regulating a stressed nervous system and reclaiming a sense of self.

Allison Andrade is a licensed Mental health Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.

She has been working in the mental health field for the last 13 years, mainly working with first responders.

She understands the significant toll that first responder work and trauma takes on the mind, body and soul and works to help people understand how trauma impacts the whole person and how to grow from your trauma, become healthy and heal.
