None at all. Every event is designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you have never tried breathwork or you have been practicing for years, Jared guides the session so that first-timers and experienced participants both get full value.

Both deliver the same guided breathwork experience and nervous system reset. In-person events offer a shared physical environment and direct facilitation which many find more immersive. Online sessions are just as effective and give you access from anywhere; all you need is a quiet space and a device.

Wear comfortable clothing you can breathe freely in. Bring a yoga mat or blanket if you have one; we recommend lying down for the entire session. Water is encouraged. Everything else you need will be provided on the day.
